The rules for using the PRYSD beta.
PRYSD is a resale intelligence and matching service. It can provide estimated values, demand signals, inventory tools and introductions between users. Estimates and FlipScores are guidance, not guarantees of value, profit, authenticity, sale or buyer demand.
PRYSD is currently a beta product. Features may change, be unavailable or contain errors. Users should independently check an item before buying or selling it.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure and only use your own account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Unless PRYSD explicitly states otherwise, buyers and sellers contract directly with each other. During beta, PRYSD does not hold purchase funds, guarantee payment, authenticate goods, provide escrow or guarantee delivery.
Do not use PRYSD for stolen, counterfeit, illegal, unsafe or prohibited goods; fraud; harassment; spam; misleading listings; manipulation of demand or prices; or attempts to access another user's private information.
You remain responsible for photos, messages and item information you upload. You grant PRYSD permission to store and display that content as necessary to operate the service and relevant private matches.
External marketplace information can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. PRYSD may combine external data with its own first-party data. Never treat an estimated value as a promise that an item will sell for that amount.
PRYSD may restrict accounts that threaten users, the service or the integrity of its data. Users can delete their account from Profile.
